1. Introduction

Welcome to Tetouan Tangier Quad and Buggy Tours. By booking or participating in any of our quad biking or buggy tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made online, via WhatsApp, or in person are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.

3. Driver Requirements & Safety Rules

• Drivers must follow all instructions given by our professional guides at all times.
• Helmets and safety gear provided by us must be worn throughout the entire duration of the ride.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any tour without refund if safety rules are violated.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we are a fully licensed operator taking all necessary safety precautions, motor sports involve inherent risks. Participants drive at their own responsibility and agree to respect equipment and environmental regulations.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone (+212 663 858 672).
